Rescheduling a Game
To Cancel a Game:
Click here to email the referee and fields schedulers. Please state the game date, division and coaches name in your e-mail.
To Reschedule a Game:
First: Confer with the opposing coach to agree upon times that would work for both teams.
Second: E-mail the Fields Scheduler (referees will be automatically scheduled along with the field requests).
Reschedules cannot be accomodated with less than 2 days notice and must be submitted by Thursday at 6PM for a Sunday game.
Reschedule requests must include following information:
- Date, time and field of original game.
- Division (i.e. GU14, BU11) and Lexington coaches last name.
- Makeup date, time and field preference (after confirming with opposing team).

Emergency Referee Contacts:
In the event of a last minute need for a referee and Genci cannot be reached and it is 24 hours or less to game time please try one of the emergency referee families listed below who may or may not be able to help. The referees in the family assume no obligation to provide a referee but these family groups all have multiple, experienced travel referees and regular volunteer for reschedule.
