LUSC Families,
We are pleased to announce that the Lexington Recreation Department and Lexington United Soccer Club have finalized an agreement to offer one youth soccer program in Lexington: LUSC will now be offering the K-2 in-town program directly, in addition to the grades 3 - 6 in-town and all travel programs.
We thank the Recreation Department for spearheading youth soccer in Lexington more than 40 years ago when they introduced the Saturday soccer program. Their contributions to and stewardship of youth soccer in the community have been important factors in the growth of the sport's popularity and its success in Lexington.
We look forward to seeing you "on the pitch" in the fall!
FALL 2008
Fall Pre-Season Clinic (Aug. 18-21)

IN-TOWN PROGRAM
[registration due by
JULY 1, 2008 to avoid late fee]
Grades 1 - 6 play one game per
week on Saturdays for 10 weeks beginning
September 6th. Kindergarten program runs on Saturday
mornings for 8 weeks beginning September 13th and ending November 1st. Grades K-2
play on Saturday mornings only. Grades 3-6
typically practices in 1 time per week. Day,
time, and location of games and practices to be
determined prior to the season. Grades 1-6 will
end on November 8th.
TRAVEL PROGRAM

due by JUNE 1, 2008 to avoid late fee]
Travel teams will be entered into the Boston Area Youth Soccer (BAYS) league. Grades
3 - 8 play on Saturdays (10 games) beginning on September 6th. HS age groups
begin September 21st and run on Sundays for 7 weeks. All travel programs will end on
the weekend of November 8th/9th. Each
team typically practices 2 times per week. Day,
time and location of games and practices to be determined prior to the season. More

LUSC REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:
1. Family Setup: You will only have
to do this the first time you register. Please use an email address you check
regularly. If you forget your password, you will need your correct email address.
2. Player Setup: Again, you
will only have to do this once for each player.
3. Registration for the season: This
section contains the information for each player for
the current season; grade, health insurance information,
emergency contact, medical information and contact.
4. Checkout: You may pay by
credit card or check. Limited scholarship funds are
also available. No child will be denied the opportunity
to play soccer for financial reasons.
All questions with an red asterisk (*)
must be answered to successfully complete the registration.
5. Late fees: Beginning November 20th for
Travel Programs grades 3-12 a late fee of $15 will
be added to each registration.
Beginning February 1st for all In-Town programs a late fee of $15 will be added
to each registration.
Non-credit
card registrants:
You may still register online and submit your payment
by check. Send your electronic receipt along with
your check to LUSC, PO Box 613, Lexington, MA 02420.
There is a $5.00 check handling fee added onto the
registration when you do not pay on-line. Envelopes
must be postmarked on or before November 20th for
the Travel Program and February 1st, 2008 for the
In-Town Program to avoid assessment of a $15 late
fee.
Refunds:
Lexington United Soccer Club
only issues refunds for medical/moving reasons.
Please note: Admin Sports, Inc. does not have
the authority to issue a refund.
The registration site is compatible with Internet Explorer
versions 4.x and above, Safari and most versions of
Netscape and AOL. However, if you encounter any browser
problems, please try a different browser. A few people
have reported problems with some older versions of Netscape.
If you set up your family and cannot continue, this
is the problem.
NOTE: Some corporate
and University firewalls do not allow access to this
registration site. If you have trouble with access at
work, please try again at home.
