These pre-season clinics are a great way to get your young soccer player back in touch with both soccer and their teammates in preparation of the fall soccer season. Every effort will be made to group players participating by their new fall teams so they can get accustomed to their new teammates. All clinics will be directed by LUSC DOC, Brendan Donahue, assisted by professional staff. The staff will be hired by the DOC to ensure a high quality of instruction. The clinics will maintain a coach to player ratio of 12 to 1. All clinics will be held at Diamond field in Lexington.

NEW! LUSC is pleased to announce LUSC Player Development Academy (LPDA)
A new training program exclusively for fifth and sixth grade boys and girls.
Directed by the LUSC Director of Coaching, Brendan Donahue, tThe LPDA offers enthusiastic U11/12 players the opportunity to get top professional training for fall, winter, and spring. It offers a high level of team play often associated with ‘premier club’ teams, but at a much reduced expense and without the long commute to practice, as practices are in Lexington. Participants get a player kit (separate uniform, equipment bag, track suit and so forth) as part of tuition.Note: The LPDA is a supplement to the regular fall and spring programs, so players must play for their travel or in-town team to participate in the program.

LUSC Families,
We are pleased to announce that the Lexington Recreation Department and Lexington United Soccer Club have finalized an agreement to offer one youth soccer program in Lexington: LUSC will now be offering the K-2 in-town program directly, in addition to the grades 3 - 6 in-town and all travel programs.
We thank the Recreation Department for spearheading youth soccer in Lexington more than 40 years ago when they introduced the Saturday soccer program. Their contributions to and stewardship of youth soccer in the community have been important factors in the growth of the sport's popularity and its success in Lexington.
We look forward to seeing you "on the pitch" in the fall!
DISTRICT SELECT SOCCER TRYOUTS
Each Summer Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) runs a District Select Soccer program for players born from 1989-96. Soccer players from across the Commonwealth form regional select teams for a summer league and tournament play. This is strictly a summer league sponsored by MYSA, it is not a LUSC program or affiliated with any particular club throughout the state.
If interested more details for the District Select program please click here.

This past week close to 100 LUSC players, along with one chicken, attended our annual April Vaction Clinic. It was a great week of soccer and weather!
